This is another moment in history that God is calling generations to run as one for His purposes in the earth. The hearts of “Fathers” are turning toward “Sons” and vice versa. Every Kingdom work will function more fully as the generations become one to bring forth a mature and lasting strategy.
I submit this Pathway as a strategy to aide local ministries, state efforts, and national works move closer and into generational synergy. This Pathway is based from the Biblical account of Mordecai and Esther working as one to see the King overturn Hamon’s death decree over the Jews, and see both Mordecai and Esther set the course for the future. (Mordecai represents an older generation, and Esther a younger generation)
The Breaker Company provides a team to help serve Kingdom efforts that desire to have the generations running as one for a more effective and lasting impact.
This proposal will use an example of a statewide leadership council wanting the state to function in generational synergy to convey the concept.
THE PATHWAY:
Breaker Company meets with State Council to communicate and covenant for process
State Council appeals to young leaders they are in relationship with to be part of the cause
Breaker Company meets with the young leaders the Council has recommended to create a company of young leaders for the state.
The young leaders that join in invite a few peers they believe need to be part
State Council meets with company of young leaders to connect and covenant for the cause
State Council and Breaker Company host a mass gathering of young generation to invite them to join the cause (the company of young leaders are positioned as contact points for the young adults that want to be part and receive further relationship)
The point of convergence is set in place at a mass gathering of all generations from the state to officially synergize/marry the generations to move forward together in the cause
Details and needed elements are many and adjustable to each realm this is applied. This provides a broad strategy to follow and allows room to be flexible.
The major point of emphases is that the Bible presents that Mordecai was the one to appeal Esther. The critical part here is having “Mordecai Leaders” appealing to “Esther Leaders” so the foundation is laid with the Spirit of Elijah from Malachi 4:6. Then it was Esther in Esther 4:15-16 that revealed she was to get with her “maidens/generation” to seek God together. As God brought the strategy forward both Mordecai and Esther walked it out in their role, and then they were the ones to rewrite the decrees to set the course for the future. These are the main objectives to see function.
As this walks out state to state, national “Mordecai Leaders” can bring a national company of “Esther Leaders” together to officially marry the generations for the nation, and see a nation move in generational synergy as one corporate man for Kingdom purposes.
